Terms of Service

Welcome to OTFT, an AI outfit-rating app operated by House of Chuma Inc ("OTFT," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using OTFT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OTFT. We may terminate accounts we believe belong to users under 18.

2. What OTFT Does

OTFT uses AI to rate outfit photos and give style feedback. Ratings and suggestions are automated opinions for entertainment and inspiration only. They are not professional advice, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. Use your own judgment.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your photos to our service providers (including Google's Gemini AI) solely to provide the rating service described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload anything illegal, anything that infringes others' rights, images of other people without their consent, or anything that violates Section 4.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not:

Upload sexual, abusive, hateful, or illegal content.
Upload images of other people without their consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the app.
Use the app to build a competing product or dataset.
Misrepresent your age.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

OTFT offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. The price and billing period are shown at the time of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.
Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Renewals are charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
Free trial (yearly subscribers only): OTFT offers a 3-day free trial with the annual subscription plan. The trial begins when you start the annual plan. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the 3-day trial, your Apple account will be charged for the full annual subscription at the price shown at purchase, and the subscription will renew annually until cancelled. You can cancel anytime during the trial in your Apple ID settings without being charged. The free trial is available only to first-time annual subscribers and only once per Apple account.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings, then Delete Account, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

OTFT is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTFT and House of Chuma Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or your reliance on AI outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown by a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@otft.app with a description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.

Court jurisdiction. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree that any claim or dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
