How do I sign in?

Open the OTFT app and choose Sign in with Apple, Google, or enter your email to receive a one-time 6-digit code. No password needed.

I didn’t receive my sign-in code.

Check your spam folder. Codes come from no-reply@otft.app and expire in 15 minutes. Still missing? Request a new code, or reach out below.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap OTFT, and hit Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your OTFT purchase to request a refund from Apple.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@otft.app with the subject “Delete my account” and we’ll permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your information and only share with trusted providers (Gemini, Apple, RevenueCat, Resend, Supabase). See our Privacy Policy for details.

How does OTFT generate outfits?

We combine your profile, your current weather (via Apple WeatherKit), and Google Gemini AI to generate personalized outfit recommendations in seconds.

Does OTFT work offline?

You can view previously generated outfits offline, but generating new recommendations requires an internet connection.
